Ingredients
1 bunch arugula
2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon Gorgonzola dolce
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1/2 ripe pear
Directions:
1.Wash and remove tough stems from arugula; dry.
2.In serving bowl whisk together the vinegar, oil and sugar. Stir in the Gorgonzola and pine nuts.
3.Peel the pear, cut into bite-size pieces and combine with arugula in the bowl. Toss to dress well.
