3 teaspoons olive oil
1 ½ pounds of chard
salt and pepper
OPTIONAL – Clove of garlic minced or strained. Tablespoon balsamic. Tablespoon cider vinegar. A splash of red wine.
Heat oil in pan. Add garlic, is using and cook 1 minute. Add chard and cook till as soft as you like it. Add optional balsamic or vinegar to finish the dish.
A little red wine added is also a nice flavor addition.
