from Abby Mandel’s Cuisinart Classroom – for green salads including ones using sturdy greens like Romaine. It stands up to bacon, cheese and onions too.
2 cups mayonnaise – Hellmann’s is best
½ cup parsley leaves
1teaspoon dried basil, or fresh is you have it… about a tablespoon or so
1teaspoon dried dill weed
2 tablespoons sugar
½ cup sour cream
Process all the ingredients for 5 to 10 seconds. You can also chop and manually combine if you like.
